Iconfinder cannot give you permission to use an icon for a different purpose than the one specified in the license agreement. This is because Iconfinder does not own the rights to the icons. The designer of the icon is the copyright owner and only they can give you a permission to use an icon for other purposes.
You can find the license information on the right-hand side of the icon. Press on the hyperlink to read more about the license agreement.
Alternatively, you can write a message to the icon designer to ask for permission to use the icon for a specific purpose contrary to the license terms. You can do that by hovering over the designer's name and clicking on the Message button as shown below.
