If you see a notification like the one below in your account, it is because we have tried to renew your subscription, but the payment failed.

Declines can happen for a variety of reasons. When a charge is sent to your bank, they have automated systems that determine whether or not to accept the charge. These systems take various signals into account, such as spending habits, account balance and card information like the expiration date and CVC.

Since these signals are constantly changing, a previously successful card might be declined in the future. Even if all of the card information is correct, and you previously had a successful payment on other web-shops, a future charge can still be declined by a bank’s overzealous fraud systems.

What to do

Step 1. Try removing the card from your Iconfinder account and adding it again. This is done in the Payment settings. Now, try getting the subscription once again. If this did not work, go to step 2.

Step 2. The best thing to do it to talk to your bank to see if there is anything holding back the payment to Iconfinder.

In case none of this worked, please get in touch with us at [email protected].
